Twitter is a social-networking application that allows you to communicate with others by using status updates, news, photos and web links in 140 characters or less.I've taken the liberty of identifying several news organizations, politicians, government agencies, bloggers and businesses in Mississippi that are using this technology. Here is my first list. If you are on Twitter and would like me to include you on the next list, please leave me a comment or send me a Tweet.
